Good Samaritan Hospice Weekly Support Group in Beaver, PA (Summer 2026)

Good Samaritan Hospice (GSH), a mission of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, will host a free weekly adult grief support group titled “Journeying Through Grief Together” this summer.
The group will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursdays, Aug. 13 through Sept. 24, 2026, at Beaver County Memorial Library, 100 College Ave. Beaver, PA 15009.
“Journeying Through Grief Together” is a grief support group for adults who have experienced the death of someone significant in their life.
Each session will focus on emotions commonly experienced during the grieving process and include an opportunity for participants to share their personal experiences. Together participants will learn about grief, strategies for dealing with the challenges of grieving and how to support others who are grieving.
The group will be led by GSH Bereavement Coordinator John Porter.
